Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I
hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Charlotte aged about nineteen years about four feet four Inches high dark Complexion a very small scar upon the left cheek and another on her right Jaw was free born, and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 24 day of may 1825 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern That it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named James Price aged about Twenty two years about five feet nine Inches high brown Complexion a small scar on the left arm, and tattoo'd on the right arm with a male and female figure and the letters J P & E D was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 26th day of may 1825 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Priscilla aged about Thirty years above five feet four Inches high dark Complexion has a small scar on the left Cheek bone, another in the left eye brow and has a wen on the throat is the Identical person manumitted by David Robinson by deed dated the seventh |
