may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William HIcks aged about thirty one years about five feet six Inches high brown Complexion a small scar near the Corner of the right eye is the Identical person manumitted by Ann H Plummer by deed dated the twenty sixth day of march Eighteen hundred and twenty four, and that he was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 27th day of march 1824 Rend 22 may 1825 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Charity Brown aged about twenty seven years about five feet three Inches high, black Complexion no perceptible mark is one of the persons manumitted by Henry Hoopper by deed dated the sixth day of April Eighteen hundred and twenty four, and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 6th day of april 1824 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named [illegible] aged about fifty years about five feet three Inches high black Complexion no perceptible mark is one of the persons manumitted by Rebecca Weems by deed dated the ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and three, and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 16 day of april 1824 |
