in his forehead and another on his right cheek, is the Identical person manumitted by George Stinchcomb by deed dated the twenty Eighth day of January Eighteen hundred and twenty four and was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 28 day of January 1824 Maryland, Anne Arundel to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern, that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Samuel Prout aged about twenty one years about five feet Eight Inches high dark complexion has a scar on the end of the middle finger of the right hand was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 7th day of February 1824 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Benjamin Troy aged about twenty seven years about five feet five Inches high dark complexion has a small scar under the left eye, was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 7th day of February 1824 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify that it [illegible] to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Gustavus aged about twenty five |
