person manumitted by Anne Jenifer by deed
dated the twenty first day of May in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
nineteen; and that the said man named Harry
was raised in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 1.st June 1819


Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit:  I
hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Kitty
Prout aged about thirty years about five
feet two Inches high, brown Complexion
has a small scar underneath the right Jaw
bone, and another on the inside of the left arm
Just above the Elbow was free born; and that
the said woman named Kitty Prout was raised
in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 15th day of June 1819


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit:  I hereby Certify
to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro
man named George aged about twenty seven years about
five feet ten Inches high black complexion has several
scars upon the left arm is the Identical person manumitted
by Thomas Norris, Sarah Norris and Mary Norris by
deed dated the fifteenth day of the Eleventh month in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
ninety nine that his freedom Commenced on the twentieth
day of the twelfth month Anno Domini one thousand
Eight hundred and twelve, and that the said negro man
named George was raised in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 6th day of July 1819
has a small scar underneath the right Jaw
bone, and another on the inside of the left arm
Just above the Elbow was free born; and that
the said woman named Kitty Prout was raised
in the County aforesaid
       Issued the 15th day of June 1819
