136 November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine, that his freedom Commenced on the tenth day of September Eighteen hundred and seventeen, and that the said man named Benjamin Affee was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 27th day of May 1819 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Stacey aged about thirty two years about four feet nine and an half Inches high black Complexion has several scars about the Elbow of the right arm is the Identical person manumitted by Jeremiah Wyvill by deed dated the thirtieth day of November one thousand Eight hundred and thirteen, that her freedom commenced on the first day of January Eighteen hundred and sixteen; and that the said negro woman named Stacey was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 29th day of May 1819 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a mulatto man named Charles aged about thirty two years about five feet Eight Inches high bright complexion has a scar upon the top of the head is the Identical person manumitted by John Hall by deed dated the Eighteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one; and that the said man named Charles was raised in the cy afd Issued the 31st May 1819 |
