    Maryland; Anne Arundel County to wit:  I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
a negro man named Charles aged about forty two
years about five feet six and an half Inches high
black Complexion no perceptible mark is the Identical
person manumitted by Ann Jenifer by deed dated the
twenty first day of May in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and nineteen; and that
the said negro man named Charles was raised in
the County aforesaid
        Issued the 22d day of May 1819


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit:  I hereby
Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a
negro woman named Susan Parker aged about twenty
years about five feet high black Complexion has a
scar on the back part of the left shoulder and one
on the inside of the left arm near the armpit was
free born; and that the said woman named Susan
Parker was raised in the County aforesaid
        Issued the 27th day of May 1819


    Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit:  I hereby
certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof named Benjamin Affee aged about twenty three
years about five feet five and an half Inches high
black Complexion a small scar upon the back of
the left hand near the thumb is the Identical person
manumitted by Thomas Norris, Sarah Norris and
May Norris by deed dated the fifteenth day of
