130 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Rezin aged about twenty seven years about five feet Eleven Inches high dark complection a large scar upon the left arm is the Identical person manumitted by George Dorsey by deed dated the twenty third day of May one thousand Eight hundred and Ten that his freedom commenced on the twenty third day of may in the year one thousand Eight hundred and Seventeen and that the said negro man named Rezin was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the nineteenth day of April 1819 Rend on parchment June 1st 1832 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Isaac aged about thirty nine years about five feet five Inches high brown Complexion has two scars on the left arm is the Identical person manumitted by Charles W Dorsey by deed dated the tenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and nineteen (and) |
