        I Thomas T Simmons Register of wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify  and attest that it appears from the last
will and Testament of Richard Wooden late of Anne Arundel County
aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will manumit liberate
and set free a negro man by the name of Will and it being proved
to my satisfaction that he is the identical person as freed by said
Will I do certify that he is in height five feet eight inches is about
the age of forty years light complexion and was freed by the last
Will and Testament of the said Richard Wooden on the Twelfth
day of September eighteen hundred and Twelve was raised in
Anne Arundel County and has two flesh marks on his breast
about one and a half inches apart         In Testimony whereof
I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this
                        25th day of April in the year of Our Lord eighteen
                        hundred and Twenty nine

I Thomas T Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last will and
Testament of Mary A Childs late of Said County deceased that
she did by her said will manumit liberate and set free a negro
Girl by the name of Betty and it being proved to my satisfaction
that she is in height four feet nine & a quarter inches is about the
age of thirty five years light yellow Complexion and was freed by the
last will and testament of the said Mary A. Hyde on the Twenty Second
day of march eighteen hundred and Twenty was raised in Anne Arundel
County and has a large Scar on the back of her right hand
        In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
                            the seal of my Office this Twenty Eighth day of
            (seal)       April in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred &
                            Twenty nine

I Thomas T Simmons Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do certify
and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Mary Robosson
late of Anne Arundel County Deceased that she did by her said Will Manumit
Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Joshua and it being proved to
my satisfaction That he is the Identical person as freed by said Will I do certify
that he is in heighth five feet five and a half Inches is about the age of Thirty
Six Dark complexion and was freed by the last will and Testament of Mary Robosson
dated on the 28th December 1808 was raised in Anne Arundel County has no
