I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do
hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last will and testament
of Henrietta Hall late of the County aforesaid deceased that she did
by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by
the name of Levi and it being proved to my satisfaction that he is the
identical person as freed by the said will I do Certify that he is in height
five feet ten inches and a quarter is about the age of twenty two years
dark Complexion and was freed by the last will and testament of
the said Henrietta Hall dated on the 10th day of January 1828 was
raised in Anne Arundel County has a scar on his forehead and
one over his left Eye
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
                    the seal of my office this 20th day of march in the year
                    of our Lord 1828

of Elizabeth Smith late of the County aforesaid deceased that she
did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro
woman by the name of Mima and it being proved to my satisfaction
that she is the identical person as freed by the said will
I do Certify that she is in heighth four feet inches and a
half is about the age of Thirty years yellow Complexion and
was freed by the last will and testament of the said Elizabeth
Smith dated on the 20th day of March 1818 was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has no perceivable mark
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
                        the seal of my office this 20th day of march in
                        the year of our Lord 1828
