I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do Certify
and attest that it appears from the last will and testament of Joshua
Toogood late of the County aforesaid Deceased that he did by his said will
manumit liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Priss
and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the identical
person as freed by the said will I do Certify that she is in height five
feet six inches and one half inch is about the age of Eighteen years
Dark Complection and was freed by the last will and Testament of the
said Joshua Toogood dated the 1 Day of September 1818 was raised
in Anne Arundel County has a scar on her forehead
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the
                   seal of my office this 9th Day of October in the year of our Lord 1826
                                              Tho.s H Hall Reg will A. A. Coy

Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of
Ephraim Duvall late of the County aforesaid Deceased that he did by his
said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name
of Isaac and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the identical
person as freed by the said will I do Certify that he is in height five feet
four inches and an half inch is about the age of thirty one years old
yellow Compliction and was freed by the last will and Testament of
the said Ephraim duvall dated the 21 Day of March 1807 was raised
in Anne Arundel County has a scar on his left cheek and
left wrist
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal
                    of my office this 9 Day of October in the year of our Lord 1826
                                              Tho.s H Hall Reg will A A Coy


I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the last will and testament of
Levin Warfield late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his
said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name
of Sam and it being proved to my satisfaction that she is the identical
person as freed by the said will I do Certify that she is in heighth five
feet six inches and an half inch is about the age of forty two years
black Complection and was freed by the last will and testament
of the said Levin Warfield dated the 21st day of April 1812 was
raised in Anne Arundel County has a scar on his little finger
on his left hand
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
                   the seal of my office this 16th day of October in the year of our Lord 1826
