I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and attest that it appears from the Last will and Testament of Rezin
Hammond son of Philip late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his
said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Samuel
and it being proved to my Satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by
said will I do certify that he is in heighth Five feet Ten and a quarter Inches
is about the age of Twenty five years Dark yellow Complexion and was freed by the
Last will and Testament of the said Rezin Hammond son of Philip Dated Tenth
day of July one thousand eight hundred and Eight was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has a mark on his left hand
      In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affix the seal
                    of my office this 4th day of January Eighteen hundred and Twenty
                    five

Certify and attest that it appears from the Last will and Testament of Zachariah
Duvall late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Jack Hanson and it being
proved to my Satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said will
I do certify that he is in heighth Five feet Seven Inches and three quarters
of an Inch is about the age of Thirty years yellowish Complexion and was
freed by the last will and Testament of the said Zachariah Duvall dated
Twentieth day of July Eighteen hundred and fifteen was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has no perceivable mark
   In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal
                    of my office this 6th day of January 1825

this 16.th day of July 1839

Linsted late of the County aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Jack Barton and it being
proved to my Satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said will
I do certify that he is in heighth Five feet Seven Inches is about the age of forty
years black Complexion and was freed by the Last will and Testament of the
said John Linsted dated Second day of December Eighteen hundred and
Seventeen was raised in Anne Arundel County and has no perceivable
mark
    In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal
                    of my office this 8th day of January 1825
