I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne arundel County do hereby
certify that it appears from the last will and Testament of Col Rezin
Hammond late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will
manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Kitt and
it being proved to my satisfaction that he is the Identical person as
freed by said will I do certify that he is in heighth Five feet nine Inches
is about the age of Twenty eight years black Complexion and has no
perceivable mark and was raised in Anne arundel County
                      In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
                                     affixed the seal of my office this 20th day of
                                     Sept 1824

and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Levin Warfield
late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Sam and it being proved
to my Satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said will
I do Certify that he is in heighth Five feet Seven Inches is about the age of
thirty nine years Dark Complexion as was freed by the Last will and
Testament of the said Levin Warfield bearing date the 2d day of April 1812
was raised in Anne Arundel County and has no perceivable mark
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
                   affixed the seal of my office this 18th October


I Thomas H Hall Register of wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify
and attest that it appears from the Last will and Testament of Mary Atwell late of
the County aforesaid deceased that she did by her said will manumit Liberate and
set free a negro man by the name of Theodore and it being proved to my
Satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said will, I do Certify
that he is in heighth Five feet Seven Inches and a half is about the age of Twenty
one years yellow Complexion and was freed by the Last will and Testament
of the said Henry Atwell on the fourth day of January 1811 was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has a scar on his left Cheek
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the
                   seal of my office this 4th day of Nov.r 1824

of the County aforesaid declared that she did by her Said will manumit Liberate
and set free a negro man by the name of Peter and it being proved to my
satisfaction that he is the Identical person as freed by said will I do certify that
he is in heighth feet feet four Inches and a half is about the age of twenty
four years yellow Complexion and was freed by the Last will and
