I Benjamin E Gantt Register Wills for Anne
Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it
appears from the last will and testament of George
Collens late of the county aforesaid deceased that he
did by his said will Liberate Manumit and set free
a negro woman by the Name of Susan and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the
Identical person as freed by said will  I do Certify that
she is in height five feet one Inch Dark Complexion
about the age of thirty five years and was freed
by the last Will and testament dated 30 Oct 1830
of George Collens & has a scar on the right arm
                                         Issued 14 October 1851
