        I Benjamin E Gantt Register Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and
testament of Benjamin Wells late of said County deceased that
he did by his said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man
by the name of William Hutton and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will  I
do certify that he is in height five feet six inches is about the
age of fifty years Light complexion and was freed by the last
Will and testament of Benjamin Wells dated 1 March 1816
was raised in A A Cty has a mark on the right cheek

County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears
from the last Will and testament of Thomas Snowden
late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by
his said Will manumit Liberate and set free
a negro Girl by the name of Mary Butler
and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by
said Will  I do certify that she is in height 5 feet
5 Inches is about the age of 25 years dark
Complexion & has a scar on the back left hand

last will and testament of Mary Johnson late of said County
deceased that she did by her said Will manumit Liberate
and set free a negro Girl by the name of Amey and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical
person as freed by said Will  I do certify that she is in height
five feet 3 Inches dark Complexion and was freed by
the last Will & Testament of Mary Johnson dated 5
Feby 1829
