        I Benjamin  E Gantt Register Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last
will and testament of Elizabeth Battee late of the county aforesaid
deceased that she did by her said Will manumit Liberate and
set free a negro Boy by the name of Henry and it being proved
to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical
person as freed by said Will  I do certify that he is in
height five feet 8½ Inches is about the age of 26 years
dark Complexion and was freed by the last Will and
Testament of the said Elizabeth battee dated 14 day of
March 1822

County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the
last Will and testament of Susanna Gaither late of the county
aforesaid deceased that she did by her said Will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro Girl by the name of Adeline
and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the Identical person as freed by said Will  I do certify
that she is in height five feet One Inch is about the
age of twenty four years yellow Complexion and was freed
by the Last Will and testament of Susanna Gaither
dated 3 day of August 1826 was raised in A A Cty

County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last
Will and testament of Jeremiah T Chase late of said county aforesaid
deceased that he did by his said Will manumit Liberate and
set free a negro Girl by the name of Ann Waters and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical
person as freed by said Will  I do certify that she is in height
five feet two & quarter Inches dark complexion and was
freed by the last Will and testament of Jeremiah T Chase
dated 26 Dec.r 1823 was raised in A A Coty has a mark
on the Right hand
