            I Samuel Brown Junior Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the Last Will
and Testament of Joshua Linthicum late of the county aforesaid
deceased that he did by his said Will manumit Liberate
and set free a negro Girl by the name of John Ann Batson
and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the Identical person as freed by said will  I do certify that
she is in height five feet & ¼ Inch is about the age of
twenty nine years dark complexion and was freed by the
last will and testament of the said Joshua Linthicum
dated the 20 day of November 1818 was raised in Anne Arundel
County & has no perceptible marks
                                        Issued the 26 day of March 1844

            I Samuel Brown Junior Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and testament of Rezin Hammond late of the county
aforesaid deceased that he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and
set Free a Negro Boy by the name of John Hall and it being proved
to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical person
as freed by said will  I do certify that he is in height five feet seven
and a half inches is about the age of thirty years Dark complexion
and was freed by the last will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond
dated Tenth day of July 1808 was raised in Anne Arundel County
and has a scar on his forehead
                                        Issued the 19 day of April 1844

            I Samuel Brown Junior Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify that it appears from the Last will and Testament of
Mary Wilson late of the county aforesaid deceased that she did by her
said Will manumit Liberate and Set free a negro Boy by the name
of John Williams and it being proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will  I do
Certify that he is in height five feet 7½ Inches is about the
age of nineteen years dark complexion and was freed by the last
will and testament of Mary Wilson dated 10th day of March
1830 was raised in Anne Arundel County & has no perceptible
mark
                                        Issued 27 August 1844
