            I Samuel Brown Junr Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and
Testament of Nicholas Owens of Isaac late of the county aforesaid deceased that
he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro man
by the name of Robert Lee and it being proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said will  I do
Certify that he is in height five feet six & ¾ Inches is about
the age of Thirty Three years, dark complexion, and was freed by
the last will and testament of the said Nicholas Owens of Isaac
dated the fifth day of October 1825 was raised in Anne Arundel
County has no perceptible Scars
                                            Issued the 5th day of June 1843

it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is
the identical person as freed by said will  I do certify that he is in
height five feet four Inches is about the age of thirty six
years yellow complexion and was freed by the said last Will
and testament of the said Nicholas Owens of Isaac dated
the Fifth day of October 1825 was raised in Anne Arundel
County has no perceptible scars
                                            Issued the 5th day of June 1843

the last will and testament of Nicholas Owens of Isaac late of
the county aforesaid deceased that he did by his said Will Manumit

Pratt and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof is the identical person as freed by said will  I do Certify that
he is in height five feet nine inches is about the age of forty
four years, yellow complexion and was freed by the last will
and testament of the said Nicholas Owens of Isaac dated
fifth day of October 1825 was raised in Anne Arundel County
has no perceptible scars
                                    Issued the 5 day of June 1843
