            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will
and Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid deceased
that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and set free a negro
Girl by the name of Mary            and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the barer hereof is the Identical person as ^was Freed by said Will.  I do certify that she is in height five feet four & ¼ Inches is about the age of Thirty two years dark complexion and was^ freed by said the last
Will and Testament of the Said Rezin Hammond dated the Tenth day
of July Eighteen hundred and Eight was raised in Anne Arundel
County and has a scar over the right Eye and one on the inside of the
right arm
                                            Issued the 24th April 1840

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and
Testament of Susanna Beard late of the County aforesaid deceased
that she did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and Set free a
negro Boy by the name of Dennis Larkins and it being proved to
my satisfaction that the barer hereof is the Identical person as
freed by said Will  I do certify that he is in Height five feet
six & ¾ Inches, is about the age of Twenty six dark complexion
and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Susanna Beard
dated the ninth day of March Eighteen hundred and Twenty one was
Raised in Anne Arundel County and has 2 scars on his forehead
                                     Issued the 12 day of May 1840
                                                           Sam.l Brown Jun Reg Wills A A County



            I Samuel Brown Jr Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do
hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament
of John Henry Maccubbin late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did
by his said Will Liberate manumit and set free, a Negro Boy by the name
of John Taylor and it being proved to my satisfaction that the barer hereof
is the Identical person as freed by said Will.   I do certify that he is in
height five feet nine & ½ Inces, is about the age of Thirty Eight years
Light complexion and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said
John Henry Maccubbin dated the Twenty first day of October Eighteen
hundred and Three was Raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar
on the left wrist
                                           Issued the 9th day of June 1840
                                                   Sam.l Brown Jr Reg Wills A A County



            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and
Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid deceased
that he did by his said Will and Manumit liberate and set free
a negro boy by the name of Peter Fowler and it being proved to
my satisfaction that the barer hereof is the identical person as
