last Will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond dated the Tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and Eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the upper right eye lid Issued the 20th day of September 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Junior Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will manumit, Liberate and set Free, a negro boy by the name of Ned and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will. I do certify that he is in height five feet five inches, is about the age of thirty years, dark complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Rezin Hammond dated the Tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and Eight was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the neck behind the left ear Issued the 29th day of September 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and testament of Thomas W. Howard late of the county aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, manumit, Liberate and set free, a negro man by the name of Reuben and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will. I do Certify that he is in height five feet Eleven inches, is about the age of Twenty four years, Mulatto Complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Thomas W. Howard dated the Seventh day of January Eighteen hundred and seventeen was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar under the right eye Issued the 24th day of October 1836 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Ann R Plummer late of the County aforesaid deceased that she did by her Last said will Manumit Liberate and Set Free a negro woman by the name of Else and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will I do Certify that she is in height five feet one & ½ inches is about the age of Forty years dark Complexion and was Freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Ann R Plummer dated the Fifth day of September Eighteen hundred and Twenty Six and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has no perceptible marks Issued the 24th day of September 1836 Sam Brown Jun Reg Wills A A County |
