        I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth
T Cowman late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will
Manumit liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Polly and it
being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as
freed by said will    I do certify that he is in height four feet 11½ inches
is about the age of thirty five years, Brown complexion, and was freed by the
last Will and Testament of the said Elizabeth T Cowman dated the seventeenth
day of June Eighteen hundred and thirty four and was raised in Anne Arundel County
and has a scar on the left jaw
                         In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
                         the seal of my office this twelfth day of August in the year
                         of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty four
                                        Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A A County
             Issued the 12th August 1834


        I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and testament of Elizabeth
T Cowman late of County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said Will
manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Sam and it being
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed
by said will, I do certify that he is in height five feet 3¼ inches is about
the age of twenty three years, yellow complexion, and was freed by the last Will
and Testament of the said Elizabeth T Cowman dated the 17th day of June
Eighteen hundred and thirty four and was raised in Anne Arundel County and
has a scar over the left eye and a scar on the back of the left hand
                    Issued the 12th day of August 1834
                                           Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A A County


        I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify
and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Elizabeth T. Cowman
late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said Will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Hannah and it being proved
to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said
will, I do Certify that she is in height four feet Eleven inches is about the age
of twenty one years, Brown complexion, and was freed by is last will and Testament
of the said Elizabeth T. Cowman dated the seventeenth day of June Eighteen hundred
and thirty four and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar under
the right Jaw and a small mole between the eyes
                        Issued the 12th day of August 1834


    I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Elizabeth
T. Cowman late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said
Will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman by the name of Levina
