    I Thomas T. Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will and Testament
of Richard Jacob of R.d late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he
did by his said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man by
the name of Basil Jacob and it being proved to my satisfaction that
the Bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will, I do
Certify that she is in height five feet five & an ½ inches is about the age of
thirty Six years, bright mulatto Complexion, and was freed by the
last will and Testament of the said Richard Jacob of Rich.d dated the
fourteenth day of May eighteen hundred and two and was raised in
Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the upper lip and one on
the left ancle

    I Thomas T. Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will and Testament
of Ann Cheston Jun.r late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that
she did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro man
by the name of Stephen and it being proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will, I do
Certify that he is in height five feet eight inches is about the age of
twenty five years, black Complexion, and was freed by the last will and
Testament of the said Ann Chesten Junior dated the seventeenth
day of march eighteen hundred and nine and was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has a scar on the right wrist and one on the
right ear

hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will and testament
of Ann Cheston Jun.r late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she
did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free a negro woman
by the name of Polly and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will, I do
Certify that she is in height five feet four & an ½ inches is about
the age of twenty Eight years, dark Complexion, and was freed by the
last Will and Testament of the said Ann Cheston Junior dated the
seventh day of March eighteen hundred and nine and was raised in
Anne Arundel County and has two scars on the right arm
Issued 28.th May 1832
