that the bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will, I do Certify
that he is in height five feet seven & a ½ inches is about the age of
thirty nine years, mulatto Complexion, and was Freed by the last Will
and Testament of the said Zachariah Duvall dated the Twentieth day
of July eighteen hundred and fifteen and was raised in Anne Arundel
County
                            In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
        (Seal)           affixed the Seal of my office this seventeenth day of May
                            in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty two

    I Thomas T. Simmons Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and
Testament of Rezin Hammond of Philip late of the County aforesaid, deceased,
that he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and set Free a negro
man by the name of Saul and it being proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will, I do certify
that he is in height five feet seven inches is about the age of twenty
four years, light complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and Testament
of the said Rezin Hammond of Philip dated the Tenth day of
July Eighteen hundred and Eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County
and has a scar over the left eye
                            In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
        (Seal)           and affixed the Seal of my office this Eighteenth day of May
                            in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty two

name of Sarah a daughter of Henny and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said will, I do certify
that she is in height five feet two & an ½ inches is about the age of thirty years,
light Complexion, and was Freed by the last Will and Testament of the said
Rezin Hammond of Philip dated the Tenth day of July eighteen hundred and
Eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the right thumb
                            In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed
        (Seal)           the seal of my office this Eighteenth day of May in the year of
                            our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty two
