George Neale
                            No 19

        State of Maryland
                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I, Joseph H. Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby certify that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof named George Neale about
five feet nine and a quarter inches high has
no visible scars was manumitted by John Ridout
of Samuel and that he was raised in
the County aforesaid
     Issued the 13.th day of May 1845










Washington Parker
                            No 20

        State of Maryland
                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I, Joseph H. Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof named Washington Parker about five
feet nine inches and a quarter high of dark
complexion has a scar on the left side of his
face near the eye was born free and that he was
raised in the County aforesaid
        Issued the 22.nd day of May 1845










Nick Johnson
                            No 21

        State of Maryland
                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I, Joseph H. Nicholson Clerk of Anne
Arundel County Court do hereby certify
that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof named Nick Johnson
about five feet seven inches high of dark
complexion has on the forefinger of the left
hand a considerable scar by which it has become
crooked and that he was manumitted by
Stephen Beard by deed bearing date the ninth
day of January 1820 and that he was raised in the
County aforesaid
                           Issued the 22.nd day of May 1845
