Louisa Ann Benson
                            No 16

        State of Maryland
                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I Joseph H. Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby certify, that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof named Louisa Ann Benson
about five feet five inches high of dark
complexion has a scar in the middle of the
forehead was born free and that she was
raised in the County aforesaid
          Issued the 12.th day of May 1845










Mary Jane Hammond
                            No 17

         State of Maryland
                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I, Joseph H. Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof named Mary Jane Hammond
aged about eighteen years about five feet
six and a half inches high has two slight scars
in her face and that she was raised in the
County aforesaid
              Issued the 12.th day of May 1845










Charles Young
                            No 18

         State of Maryland
                      Anne Arundel County Sct

I, Joseph H. Nicholson Clerk of Anne Arundel
County Court do hereby certify that it
hath been proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof named Charles Young about
five feet nine inches high has a scar in the
middle of his forehead and was manumitted
by Henry C. Drury of Charles by deed recorded
the 27.th day of February 1822 and that he
was raised in the County aforesaid
        Issued the 12.th day of May 1845
