collect the same when collectable, or so much thereof as may
be necessary, and the same to apply to the payment of the
bond above set forth payable to Christiana M. Worthington as
aforesaid.   In testimony whereof the said Levi L. Tayman
hath hereunto hereunto set his hand and affixed his
seal the day and year first above written.   In testimony

State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit:
In this fifteenth day of October, eighteen hundred and fifty
before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the State of
Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County, personally
appeared Levi L. Tayman, and acknowledged the foregoing
instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the
purposes therein mentioned.   In testimony whereof, I have
hereunto set my hand on the day and year above written

Anne Arundel County, to wit:   I certify that the
grantee this day paid fifty cents, being the duty chargeable
by Law on this Instrument of Writing, the receipt whereof is
hereon endorsed agreeably to the Act of Assembly of December
Session 1846 chapter 61.   Given under my hand this sixteenth
day of October 1850

Alexander Randall
Know all men by these presents that I James
Wingate of Anne Arundel County, in the state
of Maryland, for and in consideration of the
 sum of forty one dollars and twenty five cents lawful money
of the United States, in hand paid by Alexander Randall of
Annapolis, at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have granted,
bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant bargain and
sell unto the said Alexander Randall, his Executors, Administrators
and Assigns, the following articles of Personal property viz: one
cooking stove and apparatus, one shovel and tongs, two waiters,
3 lamps knives and forks, coffee Pot, Tea Pot, Sad Irons, Coffee Mill, 3 Buckets
1 small bed and bedstead a settee and Mattrass a study chair, a private
chair, a clock, Lot of Books crockery and china Ware carpet and matting
