384 To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Edward Reynolds his executors administrators and assigns In trust nevertheless that he and they shall and will as soon as conveniently may be after the same shall have been by me cultivated secured prepared and sent to market sell and dispose of said crops and the net proceeds remaining after payment of all expenses attending the execution of this trust apply to the payment of the said sum of money in said draft so to be accepted specified as aforesaid and any costs or expenses that may accrue on the same and the surplus if any shall remain shall pay over to myself my executors administrators or assigns. And I do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Edward Reynolds that I my executors administrators shall and will use all reasonable means dispatch and in proper season prepare cultivate harvest and secure said crops and send the same to the City of Baltimore consigned to the said J. W. & E Reynolds with direction and authority to sell and dispose of the same for the purposes aforesaid In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of December in the year eighteen hundred and forty nine his Signed sealed and delivered in the Francis + Brashears (seal) presence of R. Welch of Ben mark State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit On this fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine before the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appeared Francis Brashears who is known to me to be the identical person named and described as and professing to be party grantor in the foregoing instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed R. Welch of Ben State of Maryland Baltimore City to wit On this seventh day of December eighteen hundred and forty nine before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the state of Maryland in and for Baltimore City personally appeared the within named Edward Reynolds and made oath that the consideration stated in said instrument of writing is true and bona fide Sworn before H. R. Robbins State of Maryland baltimore County sct I hereby certify that Henry R. Robbins Esquire before whom the annexed affidavit was made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so doing a Justice of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for the City of Baltimore duly commissioned and sworn (Seal's) In Testimony whereof I hereto subscribe ^set^ my hand and affix the seal of Baltimore (Place) County Court this 8th day of December A.
