28 notwithstanding and the said party of the first part hereby covenants promises and agrees to & with the said parties of the second part that he will well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said parties of the second part the said sum of three thousand six hundred dollars current money with legal interest on or before the fifteenth day of March in the year eighteen hundred and forty six and the said party of the first part for himself his Executors and administrators all and singular the said goods furniture and household stuff by these presents granted bargained & sold and every part thereof unto the said parties of the second part their Executors administrators & assigns against him the said party of the first part his Executors and administrators and against all and every person and persons whatever shall & will warrant & defend by these presents.
