Horse called Ball one Black Horse called Coaley six Carts and
Gears now owned by me and used by me in raising iron ore at the
bank commonly called "Ann Arundel One bank" in Ann Arundel
County state of Maryland  To Have and To Hold the said described
personal property to the said Henry Bell his Executors, Administrators
and assigns forever and I the said Ezekiel E. Bell for myself my Heirs
Executors and Administrators the said personal property unto the said
Henry Bell his Executors Administrators and Assigns against me
the said Ezekiel E. Bell my Executors and Administrators and against
all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and seal this Twenty
first day of March Eighteen Hundred and forty Eight
Signed, Sealed and delivered
          in the presence of                  Ezekiel E. Bell   (Seal)
      Thomas Croxall

Be it Remembered, That on this Twenty first day of March 1848
before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace for the City of Baltimore
appears Ezekiel E. Bell and acknowledges the above Instrument of writing
to be his act and deed, according to the true intent and meaning thereof

I hereby Certify that on this Twenty first day of march 1848 Henry
Bell appeared before the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace
in and for the City of baltimore and made oath that the consideration
money set forth in the within Bill of sale is true and bonafide
paid as therein set forth

of February in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and forty Eight between Amelia
Towell of Baltimore City and state of Maryland
of the one part, and Henry C. Dunbar of Anne Arundel County
and state aforesaid of the other part, whereas the said Henry C.
Dunbar by indenture of Mortgage bearing date on the twenty Eighth
day of January in the year Eighteen Hundred and thirty two duly
Executed acknowledged and recorded in Liber W. S. G. N.o 1 folios
