my executors and administrators, and against all and every other
person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents of all and singular which said goods household stuff
and furniture and other the premises I the said Frederick Unkle
have put the said William H. Wood in full possession by delivery to him
said William H. Wood one Looking Glass at the sealing and delivery
of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained
and sold or mentioned or intended to be so unto him the said William
H. Wood as aforesaid
In Witness whereof I hereto set my name and affix my seal this
6.th day of November 1847

Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this 6.th day of
November 1847 before the subscriber one of the justices of the Peace of the
State of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appears
Frederick Unkle, he being known to me the person who is named
and described and professing to be a party to the foregoing Bill of Sale
or indenture, and doth acknowledge the said indenture or instrument
of writing to be his act and deed
In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and
year aforesaid

On this 6.th day of November 1847 before the subscriber One of the
Justices of the peace in and for said County personally appeared W.m
H. Wood, one of the parties named in the within Bill of Sale, and
made Oath on the Holy Evangelly of Almighty God That Frederick
Unkle is justly and bona fide indebted to him one hundred and
fifty two dollars, being the consideration mentioned in the said
Bill of Sale
