chair and large rocking chair one secretary one sofa two mahogany tables one
walnut table one pair brass andirons and fender a lot of books one rag carpet
one cooking stove one gilt looking glass three large pictures and frames five
window blinds and curtains one large waiter one cupboard one woodsard
and axe two pine table three water buckets three wash tubs one pine desk
Eight earthen and Stone crocks one tea chest two pair flat irons four iron pots
three tin pans two wash basins four brass candlesticks two dozen knives and
forks four dozen Cups and saucers four dozen plates Eight pitchers three large
dishes two tea kettles three dutch ovens three tin buckets three cullinders two
pine tables two dozen spoons three teapots four barrels one pair of fire irons
twelve glasses six pickle tubs two sets of china one set of glass ware one
Coffee mill one sausage board and Chopper twelve quilts ten pair of Sheets
ten pillows and Cases on clothes hoss two sets of Shovel and tongs one grey
mare one cart and harness one sleigh one lot of lumber and all other
articles of furniture goods and Chattels and in my possession at Ellicotts mills
To have and To hold the goods household stuff and other articles above
described and each and every of them unto the said Charles McLaughlin
his Executors administrators and assigns to the only use and behoof of the said
Charles McLaughlin his Executors administrators and assigns for ever and
if all and singular the goods household stuff and other articles above
mentioned I the said Jacob Timanus have put the said Charles McLaughlin
in full possession by delivering to him one chair in the name of all the goods
household stuff and other premises above described and bargained
and sold to him  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal on this twenty fourth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred
and thirty nine

             in presence of               Jacob Timanus      (seal)

               At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

Received this twenty fourth day of December Eighteen hundred and thirty nine
from Charles A McLaughlin three hundred and five dollars the full sum
expressed to be paid by him to me in the foregoing Indenture

   Maryland Anne Arundel County Ss  Be it remembered and it is hereby
Certified that on this twenty fourth day of December Eighteen hundred and
