Carr my Executors administrators and against all and every other person or persons
whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all
and singular which said House and Lot household stuff and furniture
and negro Slave and other the premises I the said Samuel Carr have put
the said Isaac C Anderson in full possession by delivering to him one negro
Boy Tom aged twenty four years at the sealing and delivering of these presents
in the in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned
and intended to be so unto him the said J C Anderson as aforesaid  In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30 day of November 1839

       At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

                State of Maryland Anne Arundel Co Sc.t  Be it remembered and it is
hereby Certified that on this Thirtieth day of November 1839 before the subscriber
a Justice of the peace for the County and State aforesaid personally appears
Samuel Carr and doth acknowledge the said within Bill of sale or Instrument
of writing to be his act and deed according to the intent and meaning and the acts
of assembly made and provided  In Testimony whereof I subscribe my name the
day and year aforesaid                                 Tho.s Burgess

Recorder the 9th day of December 1839


Know all men by these presents that I Dennis Boyd of Anne Arundel
County in the state of maryland for and in Consideration of the sum of one
thousand dollars Current money to me in hand paid by James Iglehart
of the City of Annapolis in the County and State aforesaid at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said
Dennis Boyd do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said James
Iglehart his Executors administrators and assigns all and singular
the goods chattels and personal property hereinafter particularly
mentioned and Expressed that is to say all the Crop of Tobacco
raised and made by him the said Dennis Boyd on his farm on South
River on which he resides in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty nine
and which is now hanging in the Houses on said Farm or in Bulk therein
To have and To hold all and singular the said Goods Chattels and personal
property herein before granted bargained and sold or mentioned or
intended so to be unto the said James Iglehart his Executors administrators
and assigns forever and I the said Dennis Boyd for myself my heirs Executors
and administrators all and singular the said goods chattels and personal
