Lowe their Executors administrators and assigns  In trust nevertheless that the
aforesaid Crops as soon as can Conveniently may be after their receipt in the City
of Baltimore (to which place I hereby engage to forward them with all reasonable
dispatch) shall be by the said Battee & Lowe sold and disposed of and the Nett
proceeds thereof applied to the payment of these expenses to be incurred in Executing
this trust and in the next place to the payment of the monies now of in and owing
from me to the said Battee & Lowe and the said Charity C Gosnell in due proportions
and thirdly to the payment of such further sums of money as may become due and
owing from me to them or either of them at any time prior to the Execution of the
aforesaid previous trusts  And lastly as to my Surplus to pay the same over unto
me my Executors administrators or assigns  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this sixteenth day of September in the year Eighteen hundred and
forty three

          On the back of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

       Anne Arundel County to wit:  On this sixteenth day of September 1843 before
me a Justice of the peace in and for said County personally appeared the within
named Dennis H Battee and acknowledged the aforegoing instrument of
writing to be his act and deed

       This Indenture made this 16 day of October Eighteen hundred and forty three
Between James Lawrence Jun of Anne Arundel County in the State of maryland
of the one part and James Iglehart of the City of Annapolis and State aforesaid
of the other part  Whereas the said James Lawrence Junr stand indebted to the said
James Iglehart the sum of three hundred dollars and twenty four Cents on his
single bill obligatory dated the twenty second day of December Eighty hundred
and forty two with Interest thereon from the date thereof and to secure the
payment thereof is willing to Execute these presents  Now this deed Witnesseth
that the said James Lawrence Junr for and in consideration of the premises
and for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars Current money to him
in hand paid by the said James Iglehart at or before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath
granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain
and sell unto the said James Iglehart his Executors administrators and
assigns all and singular the goods and chattles and personal property herein
