do grant bargain and sell unto the said Cordelia C Miller her Executors administrators
and assigns all the personal property goods household stuff implements and furniture
hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say one large silver Coffee pot one
silver sugar dish one silver slop bowl one silver cream jug twelve table spoons
eighteen tea spoons one large soup ladle two small sauce ladles one large waiter
three salt spoons two silver cans one negro boy named Jim Peterson two dozen
cain seat chairs one mahogany sofa one pair of card tables two dining
tables one breakfast table and stand three bureaus three India dressing
glasses three mahogany dressing glasses one brussels carpet and rug two
cain seat rocking chairs one set of Marina Curtains and vendments one set
of slat blinds one marble time piece one pair of candilibras one set of vases
three pair of plated candlesticks one one passage lamp two ingrate carpet and
matting one brass fender and andirons one shovel and tongs two wire fenders
andirons shovel and tongs one parlour stove two side boards one mantle
glass one pier glass five Japan waiters one plated cake basket one Eight day
clock four bedsteads beds and bedding one mattrass and all the kitchen furniture
of him the said Adam Miller all and singular which said goods are now
remaining standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in
the City of Annapolis and now in the occupation of the said Adam Miller
To have and To hold all and singular the said goods household stuff and
furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned
or intended so to be to the said Cordelia C Miller her Executors administrators
and assigns for ever and I the said Adam Miller for myself my heirs
Executors and administrators all and singular the said goods household
stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said Cordelia C Miller
her Executors administrators and assigns against me the said Adam Miller
my Executors and administrators and against all and every other person
or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these
presents of all and singular which said goods household stuff and furniture
and other goods household stuff the premises I the said Adam Miller
have put the said Cordelia C Miller in full possession by delivering to
her the said Cordelia C Miller of one table spoon at the sealing and delivery of
these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or
mentioned or intended so to be unto her the said Cordelia C Miller as aforesaid
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of
June in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty three
