98 two red steers, one red Heiffer, one Brindle Heiffer, one spotted calf, one Bay mare, five Hogs, one wagon, all my crop of wheat growing one Barshear plough, one double shovel plough, two single shovel ploughs, one cultivator one Harrow, one sassafras Distillery and apparatus, and all my crop of Tobacco growing all which property is now in the use and occupancy of me the said Charles Pickett To have and to hold each and every of the above mentioned and described goods and chattels unto the said Benjamin Todd his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and benefit of him the said Benjamin Todd his heirs and assigns forever; and I the said Charles Pickett for myself my heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant promise and agree to and with the said Benjamin Todd his heirs and assigns that I the said Charles Pickett shall and will hereafter warrant and forever defend unto the said Benjamin Todd his heirs and assigns all and singular each and every of the aforementioned goods and chattels all of which I now place and put into the possession of of the said Benjamin Todd by the delivery of one Bay mare in the name of the whole; and I hereby further agree promise and oblige myself my heirs executors and administrators that whenever the said Benjamin Todd shall require and demand a removal of the said property that it shall and may be lawful & proper for him to take carry away and use the same or any part thereof without any let molestation or hindrance by me or by any person claiming from under or in trust for me or my heirs.
