58 chattels stock and utensils are now in the possession of the said Greenberry L. Rickeard To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods chattels stock and utensils and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Abram England his executors administrators and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof I the said Greenberry L. Rickeard hereunto affix my hand and seal this eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four. signed sealed and delivered in presence of Greenberry L. Rickeard (seal) Reuben Warfield state of maryland Howard County sct. Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the state of maryland in and for the county aforesaid Greenberry L. Rickeard and acknowledged the aforegoing Bill of sale or instrument of writing to be his act and deed for the purpose therein expressed and at the same time and place also appeared before me Abram England the grantee in the said Bill of sale named and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration set forth in the said bill of sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth Acknowledged and sworn before Reuben Warfield Received to be recorded on the 16.th day of November 1854 same day recorded and Examined per W.
