53 of the one part and Joshua H. Penn of the said county of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John G. Worthington as Justice of the peace aforesaid by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by an act of the general assembly passed at november session in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety four entitled a supplement to the act entitled an act for the better regulation of apprentices have placed and bound out and by these presents do place and bind out as apprentices Andrew Asbury Adams aged ten years on the first of august eighteen hundred and fifty four and John William Adams aged about four years the sons of Malvina Adams of the said county of indigent circumstances with the consent and approbation of the said Malvina Adams and Priscilla Hammond their Grand Mother testified by his sealing and delivering these presents unto the said Joshua H. Penn the said Andrew Asbury Adams and John William Adams to dwell with and serve the said Joshua H. Penn from the date of these presents until the said Andrew Asbury Adams and John William Adams shall attain the age of twenty one years during all of which time and term the said Andrew Asbury Adams and John William Adams shall the said Joshua H Penn well and faithfully serve in all such lawful business as the said Andrew Asbury Adams and John William Adams shall be put unto by their said Master according to the power and ability of them the said Andrew Asbury Adams and John William Adams and honestly and obediently in all things shall behave themselves twards their said Master and honestly and orderly towards the rest of the family of the said Joshua H.
