the receipt whereof I the said James W. Tucker do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain and sell
unto the said Jesse N. Williams his executors administrators
and assigns all the goods household stuff
implements and furniture particularly mentioned
expressed and contained in the schedule hereunto
annexed that is to say one Sassafras Still and
all the fixtures thereto belonging one brown Mare
one Spring wagon all and singular which said
goods and chattels are now remaining standing
and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate
in Howard County and now in the occupation of
the said James W. Tucker.  To Have and to hold all
and singular the said goods household stuff
and furniture and this the premises above
bargained and sold or mentioned and intended
so to be to the said Jesse N. Williams his executors
administrators and assigns forever.  And I the
said James W. Tucker for myself my heirs executors
and administrators all and singular the said
goods household stuff and furniture and
other the premises unto the said Jesse N. Williams
his executors and administrators and assigns
against me the said the said James W. Tucker
my executors and administrators and against
all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents of all and singular which said
goods household stuff and furniture and
other the premises I the said James W. Tucker
have put the said Jesse N. Williams in full
possession by delivering to him the said
Jesse N. Williams one brown Mare at the
sealing and delivering of these presents in
the name of the whole premises hereby bargained
and sold or mentioned and intended to be so
unto him the said Jesse N. Williams as
aforesaid.         In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this 17.th day of November 1854
