my negro slave George Blaize David Blaize & Ellen Blaize to serve the said Harriet Blaize for the terms of years hereinafter mentioned That is to say the said George to serve for the term of fourteen years and untill he arrives at the age of Twenty one years. The Said David to serve for the term of sixteen years and until he arrives at the age of twenty one and the said Ellen to serve for the term of fifteen years and until she arrives at the age of eighteen years The terms are to commence from the date of these presents The said negroes being the slaves of Georgianna and to be the slaves of Said Harriet for the terms above written and no longer And from and after the expiration of said term of years I Georgianna Haight do hereby manumit and set free said three negro slaves their fromdom to date from the day upon which their terms expire Test J R Dorsey Georgianna Haight (Seal) J G Worthington her Harriet x Blaize (seal) mark State of Maryland Howard County Sct I hereby certify that on this 31st day of May 1860 personally appeared before me the Subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for Howard County Georgianna Haight and acknowledged the foregoing Bill of Sale & deed of manumission to be her act and deed J G.
