Bill of sale to
Harriet Blaize
 I Georgianna Haight of Howard County
and State of Maryland in consideration
of two hundred dollars paid me by
Harriet Blaize resident of Howard County
                        aforesaid do hereby bargain and sell to the said Harriet Blaze
                        my negro slave George Blaize David Blaize & Ellen Blaize to
                        serve the said Harriet Blaize for the terms of years hereinafter
                        mentioned That is to say the said George to serve for the term
                        of fourteen years and untill he arrives at the age of Twenty one
                        years.  The Said David to serve for the term of sixteen years
                        and until he arrives at the age of twenty one and the said
                        Ellen to serve for the term of fifteen years and until she
                        arrives at the age of eighteen years  The terms are to commence
                        from the date of these presents The said negroes
                        being the slaves of Georgianna and to be the slaves of
                        Said Harriet for the terms above written and no longer
                        And from and after the expiration of said term
                        of years I Georgianna Haight do hereby manumit
                        and set free said three negro slaves their fromdom to date
                        from the day upon which their terms expire

                        of manumission to be her act and deed

Coates a bright Mulatto Woman Eighteen
years of age and five feet five inches or thereabout in
