of Maryland in the full and Just Sum of Thirty Thousand dollars current money to be paid to the said state or its certain attorney or assigns to which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and each of us and each of our heirs Executors administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty Now the Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound William A Webb shall well and faithfully execute his office as collector of the state and county Taxes for the second Collection District of Howard County and shall perform all the duties required of him by law and shall well and truly account for and pay over to the Treasurer of Howard County and the Commissioners of Howard County and the Treasurer of the State of Maryland respectively the Several Sums of money he shall receive or become answerable for according to law then this obligation to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in Law Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of Wm A.
