I hereby certify that Edward Malone and Michael G.
Kileran the Subscribing witnesses to the within bond this day
appeared before me and made oath on the holy evangely of
almighty that they were present at the time and saw William
Cushen and John W. Mercer sign their names as securities
to the within Bond given under my hand this 2nd day of
March 1859
