and bed furniture four bedsteads one pine table one cherry
table, one Bureau, two stands two mirrors; one clock, one
Doz Chairs; one Rocking Chair 40 yds rag carpeting one
Hathaway cook stove one tin Safe Witness our hands and
Seals this 9th day of December 1859

    I hereby Certify that on this 9th day of December 1859
before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace for said county
personally appeared Joshua Fisher and Elizabeth Fisher
and acknowledged the foregoing bill of sale to be their respective
act

Owings who made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of The Almighty
God that the Consideration in the within bill of sale

Maryland being now indebted to Jno
R. Clark of Same County and State
on my promissory note of even date
                         herewith in the Sum of one hundred and ten dollars
                         with interest from date and in consideration thereof and
                         to better secure the payment of the same do hereby
                         bargain and sell to the said Jno R Clark the following
                         property to wit one Grey horse bought of Dr M Glocklin
                         one chesnut mare bought of Hobbs two new Concord
                         buggies and one chesnut steed Called "Billy" provided
                         that if I the said George Watson shall pay to
                         the said John R. Clark the Sum of one hundred and
                         ten dollars with interest thereon on or before the nineteenth
                         day of June in the year Eighteen hundred and Sixty
                         then these presents shall be void
                             And provided that if default shall be made in the
                         payment of the money aforesaid or the interest thereon
                         at the time or in the manner aforesaid then it shall

I hereby release the within Mortgage
       witness my hand & seal on this
15th day of Jan 1861
