and sell to the said Wilson McBee the following property to wit: Four bedsteads and bedding, two Bureaus, one dining and two breakfast tables, one toilet and one side table, three looking glasses, one sofa, six cane bottom chairs, one cane seat Rocking chair, one carpets, one safe, two cushoned arm chairs, one stove, and cooking utensils, one set of cupboard ware, three flat irons, shovel and tongus one sideboard, one wardrobe, and one Piano Witness my hand and seal this 8th day of November Eighteen hundred and fifty nine Osbern McBee (seal) State of Maryland Howard County to wit: I hereby certify that on this 8th day of November eighteen hundred and fifty nine before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for Howard County aforesaid personally appeared Osbern McBee and acknowledged the aforegoing Bill of Sale to be his act James McGowan J.
