Osborne McBee
    Bill of Sale to
Wilson McBee
 Know all men by these presents that I
Osborne McBee of Howard County and
State of Maryland in consideration of the sum
of one hundred and thirty seven dollars paid
me by Wilson McBee of the County and state aforesaid do hereby bargain
and sell to the said Wilson McBee the following property to wit:
Four bedsteads and bedding, two Bureaus, one dining and two breakfast
tables, one toilet and one side table, three looking glasses, one
sofa, six cane bottom chairs, one cane seat Rocking chair, one
carpets, one safe, two cushoned arm chairs, one stove, and cooking
utensils, one set of cupboard ware, three flat irons, shovel and tongus
one sideboard, one wardrobe, and one Piano
              Witness my hand and seal this 8th day of November Eighteen
hundred and fifty nine

                      Howard County to wit:
    I hereby certify that on this 8th day of November eighteen hundred
and fifty nine before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in
and for Howard County aforesaid personally appeared Osbern
McBee and acknowledged the aforegoing Bill of Sale to
be his act

Received to be recorded on the 9th day of November 1859 same day recorded
and examined per.

                      State of Maryland do hereby bargain and sell to the said Mary
                      G Waters the following property one Black horse Dick, one
                      sorrel horse Bully, one sorrel horse Albert, and one iron Grey
                      horse fox.   Witness our hands and seals this 26th day of October
