I hereby certify that Henry Rhine of Howard
County brought before me the subscriber a
Justice of the Peace in and for the said County this
26th day of October 1859 as an Estray trespassing upon his enclosures
a white man about 10 years old and about 1 six hands high
has been used in gears  Given under my hand and seal
