Be it remembered that on this seventh day of October 1859 before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace for said city appeared Walter W Berry and acknowledged the foregoing Instrument of writing to be his act and deed John Showacre J. P State of Maryland Baltimore City, Sct: I hereby certify That John Showacre Esquire before whom the annexed acknowledgment was made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so doing a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for the City of Baltimore duly commissioned and sworn In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand (Seal's) and affix the seal of the Superior Court (Place) of Baltimore City this 7.th day of October A. the other part witnesseth that the said Alfred C Hearn and John Ridgely as Justices of the Peace aforesaid by vertue of the power and authority to them given in and by an act of the General Assembly passed at November Session in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety four entitled a supplement to the act entitled for the better regulation of apprentices herein placed and bound out and by these presents do place and bind out as an apprentice John Thomas on the sixteenth day of April will be |
