287 State of maryland Anne Arundel county sct On this twenty fifth day of January eighteen hundred and fifty eight personally appeared William Shipley party grantor named the aforegoing instrument of writing before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for the county aforesaid and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that he has received from Frederick G Harman the consideration therein expressed to be paid by him to me Sworn before Nelson Phelps State of Maryland Anne Arundel county to wit I hereby certify that Nelson Phelps Esquire before whom the within acknowledgment and affidavit appears to have been made was at the time of so doing one of the state of maryland Justices of the peace in and for anne arundel County duly commissioned and sworn In Testimony Whereof I hereto set my name (Seals) and affix the seal of the Circuit Court for (Place) Anne Arundel County this eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight N H Green Clk Received to be recorded on the 6th day of April 1858 Same day Recorded and Examined per W.
