272 by these presents of all and singular which said goods and chattles and other premises I the said Ann Iglehart have put the said Richard Iglehart Jr in full possession of all the said goods and chattles hereing before fully set forth and particularly mentioned at the sealing and delivering of these presents as the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be unto him the said Richard Iglehart Jr. In Witness Whereof here unto subscribe my name and affixed my Seal this twenty Sixth day of December Eighteen hundred and fifty seven Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Ann Iglehart (seal) J G Worthington State of Maryland Howard County Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that on this twenty sixth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty seven before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the said state in and for said County personally appears Ann Iglehart who is known to me of my own accord Knowledge to be the person who is named and described as and professing to be grantor in the aforegoing Bill of sale or instrument of writing and acknowledged the said bill of sale or Instrument of Writing to be her act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof Acknowledged before J G. Worthington And at the same time and place also appeared before me Richard Iglehart Jr the grantee in the said Bill of Sale named and made oath that the Consideration set forth in the said Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth J.
