Andrew Yinger
Bill of Sale
        to
Edward A. Talbott
Know all men by these presents:  That Andrew
Yinger of Howard County and State of Maryland
for and in consideration of the sum
of Four hundred thirty eight dollars & three
cents lawful money of the United States in
hand paid by Edward A. Talbott of the said County and State aforesaid
at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged:  Have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents Do grant bargain and Sell unto the
said Edward A. Talbott his Executors Administrators and assigns
all and singular the following goods & chattels to wit:  one
four horse omnibus named "Captain Randolph Ridgely" one
two hors omnibus named "Franklin Pierce" one carriage &
harness one Dun Gelding "tom" one Grey Gelding "Dick" one Bay
Gelding "Tobe" one bay Gelding "Balley" one Bay mare "mag" one
Bay Gelding "Captain" Ten Sets of Harness one two horse wagon
To Have and To Hold the said described goods and chattels
to the said Edward A. Talbott his Executors Administrators
and assigns forever: and the said Andrew Yinger for himself
his Heirs Executors and Administrators the said Andrew Yinger
unto the said Edward A. Talbott his Executors and Administrators
and assigns against him the said Andrew Yinger his Executors
and Administrators and against all and every other person
or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents
    In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this fourth of December Eighteen Hundred and fifty seven
Signed Sealed and Delivered
      in the presence of                              Andrew Yinger   (seal)
      Wm A. Loder

Be it Remembered That on this fourth day of December 1857 before
the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace for Howard County appears
Andrew Yinger and acknowledges the above Instrument of Writing
to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning
thereof.  And at the same time appeared before me Edward A Talbott
the grantee in said Bill of Sale named and made oath that the
consideration set forth in said Bill of Sale is true and bona fide
as therein set forth
