265 and by these presents Do grant bargain and sell unto the said Warfield & Renehan their Executors Administrators and Assigns the following goods and chattels to wit: one Bed Stead half a Doz chairs one Rocking chair two Toilet frames three tin pans two tin cups one tin wash bason Three wood Buckets two wash Tubs four flat irons one coffee pot one coffee mill one sifter one colander one rolling pin one potable masher one strainer one doz milk pots twenty two yards Rag carpet one iron Ladle one flesh fork two small iron spoons one cooking stove and fixtures forty three peices of Granite China White, one small Tea Tray two chamber four tumblers two salt cellars one caster and bottles one watering pot two tin plates half Doz knives & half a doz forks one set common tea spoons five table spoons three Brass candle sticks two stone jugs one stone pitcher one pair paper blinds one Bureau one candle stand one feather bed bolster & pillow one Blanket three Comforts four quilts one Table Cloth one large tea tray one broke caster four cut glass tumblers one churn & butter tray one Iron tea kettle one cake screw six small cake pans one large iron spoon one flour dredge one butter knife one pitcher one pair linen and one of pair of caters blinds and one sadde and bridle and one pair muslin sheets. To Have and To Hold the said described goods and chattels to the said Lemuel A Warfield and William Renehan their Executors Administrators and Assigns forever; and he the said James B Ross for himself Heirs Executors and Administrators the ^said^ goods & chattels household stuff unto the said Warfield and Renehan their Executors and Administrators and assigns said James b Ross his Executors and Administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of November Eighteen Hundred and fifty seven Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Jas. B. Ross (seal) W.m A. Loder Be it Remembered That on this twenty third day of November 1857 before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace for Howard County appears James B. Ross and acknowledges the above Instrument of writing to be act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof. And at the same time appeared before me Lemuel A. Warfield one of the grantees in the said Bill of Sale named and made oath that the consideration set forth in said Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth Wm A. Loder |
