255 with our seals and dated on this twelfth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven Now the Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Littleton Maclin shall faithfully execute his Office as Treasurer of Howard County and well and truly account for and pay over to the Commissioners of Howard County the several sums of money which he shall receive or be accountable for at such times as the law directs and shall faithfully perform the several duties imposed upon him by law in his Office of Clerk to the Commissioners of Howard County then this obligation to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue Signed sealed and delivered Littleton Maclin (seal) in the presence of W.m Welling (seal) Witness W.
