Maryland in the just and full sum of five thousand three
hundred and thirty three dollars thirty three and one third
cents current money to be paid to the Said State of Maryland
or its certain attorney to which payment well and truly to
be made and done we bind ourselves and each of us our
and each of our heirs Executors and administrators
jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with
our seals and dated this thirty first day of July in the year
eighteen hundred and fifty seven      The Condition of
this obligation is such that if the above bound Thomas
B. Hobbs shall faithfully perform the Office of Register
of Wills in and for Howard County then this obligation
to be void otherwise to be and remain in full force
and virtue in law
